Bank Finance Practice
Our bank finance lawyers represent lenders and borrowers in all aspects of financing transactions. We assist in the negotiation, documentation and closing of revolving, term, asset-based and highly leveraged loan arrangements, secured as well as unsecured. We represent financial institutions in various capacities: as direct lender/secured party in bilateral loan arrangements; as agent, member or participant in syndicated loan facilities; and as issuers of commercial and standby letters of credit. We advise corporate borrowers in connection with working capital, acquisition and divestiture, equipment and other financings. If required, we assist clients in enforcing remedies under governing loan documentation.
