Mergers & Aquisitions Experience

The James Law Group has extensive merger and acquisition experience. They successfully sold many of the companies they counseled from formation.

The James Law Group works on behalf of business owners focused on the creation of value, long before exit transactions were considered.  The value creation founded the building of brands and development  of intellectual property.  At the time of such exit transactions  those owners achieved extraordinary valuations compared to their peers.
