Representative Experience

Arek Fristensky focuses in the areas of administrative law, business formation, land use and water law.

 

Arek received a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.  As a law student, Arek volunteered with nonprofit environmental law firms where he gained experience with administrative law, civil litigation, water law, and land use. Prior to practicing law, Arek spent several years conducting hydrologic and soil science research at the University of California, Davis.
